A little insight into our staff at Ace’s Automotive:

Chris, the Owner and Manager of Ace’s Automotive, has two sons and lives in the Charlotte area. He has been in the industry for 30+ years! He pursued owning and operating his own business after working as an ASE Certified Master Technician for local dealerships throughout the years. Chris has a huge, caring heart and is compassionate about helping others. After becoming overwhelmed with dealership price gouging, Chris decided to venture out on his own. Chris has been the Owner of Ace’s Automotive for three years and is looking forward to helping new and established customers in the years to come!

Charlie, our ASE Certified Master Technician studied General Motors Automotive Service Education at Central Piedmont. Since that time, he has accumulated over 20 years in the automotive industry! Charlie is certified in Advanced Engine Repair and authorized by NC to perform vehicle inspections.

Christopher, Chris’ oldest son, works at Ace’s Automotive any chance he gets. (When he isn’t working his normal full-time job at Carolina Cat)! He has nine years of automotive experience and has had a passion for cars since his teenage years. Christopher has helped Chris turn his dream of owning a family run automotive shop into a reality.

Chelsea, our Office Manager, has five years of experience in the automotive industry. She strives on providing the most professional customer service to our customers and plays a huge roll by ensuring vehicles are processed in a timely manner. You will continuously find her out in the shop educating herself on vehicle diagnostics.
